Eligibility.

To register as a member of Aroma Matrimony or use this Site, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 21 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males). The Aroma Matrimony site is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony.

You also further confirm us that, you are intent to seek a life partner and that you shall not use this site for casual dating or for any other social services.

To withdraw this consent, you must discontinue using our Service and delete your account.

Account Security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.

      2.Term & Termination.

This Agreement will be effective, valid, and subsisting as long as you use our Site. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to Aroma Matrimony. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

Aroma may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason including but not limited to breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purpose, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, upon sending notice to you at the email address as provided you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to Aroma Matrimony. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Other Terms of Use by Members.

Aroma Matrimony reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity and status of each account and block the access after review.

You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receive emails, messages and calls from Aroma Matrimony and members of Aroma Matrimony as long as you are a registered member of Aroma Matrimony. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR)

Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on Aroma Matrimony. Aroma Matrimony reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Aroma Matrimony Members. Although Aroma Matrimony cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Aroma Matrimony Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.

You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with Aroma Matrimony and/or its members.

Aroma Matrimony Members are expected to exercise simple precautions for their privacy and safety. By becoming a Member, you hereby agree to abide and adhere to the said Tips.

Aroma Matrimony owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Aroma Matrimony Site and the Aroma Matrimony Service.

Content Posted on the Site.

You understand and agree that Aroma Matrimony may delete any listing, content, communication, photos, or profiles that in the sole judgment of Aroma Matrimony violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either Aroma Matrimony and/or its Members.

With respect to Content, you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site including but not limited to your contact details, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to Aroma Matrimony the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Site from time to time.

You shall use the Services only to market and promote your profile and to reach out to other Members for the purpose of finding relevant matches. You (and not Aroma Matrimony) are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Aroma Matrimony does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content. Aroma Matrimony reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Site. In exercising this right, Aroma Matrimony may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Site. If you fail to produce such evidence to the satisfaction of Aroma Matrimony may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

By posting Content/ advertising to any public area of Aroma Matrimony you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Aroma Matrimony.

The following is an indicative list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. Aroma Matrimony will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication / Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund.

Illegal and prohibitive Content includes Content which:

is blatantly offensive to the community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.

harasses or advocates harassment of another person.

promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files.

contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;

provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.

solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;

You must use the Aroma Matrimony Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations.

You cannot include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, URL's, and email addresses.

Copyright Policy.

You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.:

an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the our Site;

a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner.

a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Your interaction with other Members and Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your advertisement/communications with other Aroma Matrimony Members. Aroma Matrimony reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. Aroma Matrimony also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members.

Privacy.

Use of the Aroma Matrimony Site and/or the Aroma Matrimony Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and follow simple guidelines to protect your privacy.

Disclaimers.

Aroma Matrimony is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content/listing posted on the Site or in connection with the Aroma Matrimony Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Aroma Matrimony Service whether online or offline.

Aroma Matrimony is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting and/or in connection with the Aroma Matrimony Service.

The exchange of matchmaking profile(s) through or by "Aroma Matrimony" is not a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Aroma Matrimony. Aroma Matrimony shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, any relations (including but not limited to matrimonial relations) established pursuant to the use of Aroma Matrimony.

Aroma Matrimony does not assume any responsibility or liability for any illegal Content posted on the Site by any Members, users or any third party.

2. Jurisdiction.

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Mumbai, India only.

          3.Indemnity.

You agree and hold Aroma Matrimony its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.

Other.

Any donation paid to the Kanya Dhan or other social welfare programs to help the needy people will be utilized as per our guidelines and no information about the recipient will be disclosed to the sponsor at any cost. This is completely a welfare initiative to help the need and it is not a mandatory surpass. Hence every amount donated or sponsored are not refundable.
